Organised by the Peace Through Arts foundation, and supported by the Canadian government, Maestro Karim Wasfi and the psychological researcher Rafiq Hanna are leading a psychological rehabilitation course for the displaced Syrians and Iraqis in Al-Sakhrk / Erbil.
This initiative began on the 19th of January 2019 and will lasts for 4 days, at the rate of 3 hours a day.
The psychologist works on the positive impacts on the behavior of the displaced and helps them reconsider the way they think.
Through the use of the dissemination of psychological culture based on scientific studies, we have been practicing some breathing and psychological relaxation techniques with more than 40 displaced of different professions and ages (above 18 years old).
Finally, it seems that the fruits of the cycle was clear given the positive reactions recorded by our video camera. We wish all those who support this beautiful initiative to have the best human development as possible. The duo made of the psychologist Rafiq Hanna, with his human tenderness and respect, and the Maestro Karim Wasfi, with his strong human values, has lead this initiative to be really successful.
A very important thank you to the Canadian government for its support.
